The video mode (normal and tracking) records audio provided you are not in the slow motion mode.

Yes. Two mics, 1 forward, one rear. Camera is optimized for video blogging, though u don’t use it this way.

Yes. There are two microphones. They audio is not amazing but it is pretty decent. However, you can't hear it in playback directly from the camera because it doesn't have speakers. You will need to download the footage to your phone or computer and listen to it that way.
