• if you purchased a DJI manufacturer battery, you should be able to contact DJI for further assistance. I had a previous non related issue and it was resolved rather quickly. Note: even tho Original DJI accessories, such as batteries are not inexpensive; buy DJI equipment..period!, your larger investment is in the air ready to crash and burn with a knock off battery. Best buy seems to have a whopping $3.00 discount.

• Hey Bill, please make sure the battery is fully charged. Also ensure you're pressing the power button twice and HOLDING the button on the second press for about 3 seconds. If it is still not turning it on, please reach out to BB or DJI for a replacement.
