• No. It is basically on when it is plugged up to something and off when it is unplugged.

• No. Simply make sure to disconnect the cable from the actual charger so that energy doesn't get wasted.

• No there's no on off switch you plug it in and it charges till it's out of its own power. There's a red and green light red is dead and green is good.

• No there is not, as soon as you plug in the cable to your phone it will turn on and once you unplug the cable it turns off, very easy!
