Yes you can use with 220v.

This battery will only charge at 5 V DC. So, in order to use the 220V AC, you will need an adapter to bring down the voltage.

It will connect to any USB from any country. I used it last week in the UK and I bought them in the USA.

This is charged via USB not direct into mains electricity. As such if you have a standard wall adapter for USB power (e.g. the average phone charger) then yes this can be charged. Most phone adapters are universal voltage and frequency (110-240v and 50/60Hz). Or charge from computer USB port.
