• The green/red/blue connection is called "Component Video". You will need to buy a Component Video cable. Keep in mind that Component Video is video only (not audio). You will also need an audio cable supported by both your cable box and TV. If your TV does not support component video you can buy a Component to HDMI adapter.

• The cables must be plugged into an HDMI outlet. If your cable box does not have it, you MAY be able to get an adapter, but that would defeat the purpose of HDMI cable.
