Will this mount allow a tv to be rotated 90 degrees? null

I tested mine, it was <90deg max rotate. My TV is older gen and heavy so I did not risk of swiveling out far as screw from the wall shown separation. Now if you have lighter TV then it might rotate more than what mines.

Unfortunately not. This is a great bracket for the price. It only rotates to about 45 degrees.
