“We’ve installed this mount, but even when loosening the screws to move the mount it is still incredibly tight. Is there a trick to easily adjust the mount with out have to use body weight on the bracket behind the tv??”

To adjust the arm's tension (to make the arm easier to move), loosen the tension screws with an Allen wrench.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately No, I was informed by Geeksquad when they did my install that this mount was good but it was very stiff when you had to adjust it, you have exert some effort to get it adjusted.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The tv has to be straight with the wall in order to move. If it’s tilted at all it’s too tight to move because of the strain on the joints.
