“I mounted my tv but forgot to plug it in and didn’t bring the strings down how do I get it off of the mount”

• You could just pull the tv away from the wall and plug in the cords that way. Otherwise, if you already tightened the screw, just loosen that pull the bottom of the tv towards you and push up. Please do not try this on your own and have someone assist you.
