“i can not seem to move this wall mount freely. its hard to push back and bring it forward. i get alot of resistance even after loosing the tension a bit. how can i adjust it so it can move more freely?”

• Just spray it with a little wd40 and work it a few times With a big enough TV on it...it should losen
