There are two aircraft nuts on the center bracket on the backside of this mount. These two nuts tightens up the curved slip plate. If the TV is already mounted, you need to pull the TV out as far as it will go to get behind there and tighten up these two nuts with a socket wrench using a 1/2" socket. The two nuts will be the two in the middle of the center plate horizontal to each other.
