A:AnswerThis mount will definitely rotate your tv on an angle but it may not keep it there. In fact the angle thing is what I don’t like about the mount. We did not want our tv at an angle but this mount keeps traveling slightly off vertical so the to always looks a little crooked.
So this mount will definitely do it but it’s a gamble whether or not it will maintain it there.
A:AnswerYes I recommend getting concrete lag screws from a hardware store though and predrilling pilot holes with a masonry bit but yeah with the right lag screws it will hold.
