“I have an old TV with HDMI ports. It does not have a usb port. I have movies copied to a USB flash drive. Can this adapter be connected to my TV's HDMI port and then connect the USB flash drive to watch movies on my TV. Thanks”

• No, this adapter is only for display port. It will not support any usb device. If your tv does not have a built in usb port, it won't be able to read anything off of you usb drive.

• No, you need a device to send a signal to the HDMI port. Connecting a flash drive will not play the video.
