• Unfortunately, it would not. This just allows you to convert HDMI to Display port. Laptops don’t typically have a Display input (, only display output (allows you to connect multi displays or share your laptop display on another display )

• No you cannot do that with any device that I know of. You would need software running on your laptop that could receive a stream from your PS4. This device goes on the opposite direction. It creates an HD I socket that a TV can be plugged into.
