“Does this plug into the USB port to provide me with a HDMI port? My TV does not have a HDMI port & I bought a Firestick. Will this solve the problem? Thanks”

• A Displayport and an HDMI port are very different animals from a USB port, so NO WAY. If your TV doesn't have HDMI, I might be able to figure out a connection, but I would need to know what ports you DO have to tell you if there is an adapter that would do the job.

• You would plug this tool into a female displayport (google image) and it would convert it into a HDMI port so you can hook your monitor to your PC in case you wanna run dual monitors but have already used all your HDMI ports and need additional ones. Hope that helps!
