• As long as you have a 5V USB power converter it will work (like a phone charger)

• The external battery is packaged with a USB cable. It can be charged from a USB port or USB charger (not included). I charged it by plugging the USB cable into my phone charger. That worked with 220VAC as well as 120VAC.
