The battery may not support your device. I had the same problem and found out that the battery was not strong enough to charge my Samsung 5s. Best Buy would not return or exchange the battery. Now I have a battery I cannot use.

Please try again later.are you using micro usb end of the cable to go in to the battery pack and the normal usb end goes in to your wall adapter. if this dose nothing try using the battery pack it may have a full charge. If nothing else return it for a new one at your local Best Buy!
