We did not see the combs and non slip mat in our package and were disappointed. We though we were ordering the same item as the one on dyson website. The special edition model is $50 more expensive. If ordered from dyson website you get 2 combs and slip mat. But bestbuy charges the same premium and you don’t get the special edition. Now it’s too late for us to return. We feel scammed. We don’t understand why dyson would allow this discrepancy. There should not be calling it special edition and use same title as Dysons website. In the end this is not Best Buy’s mistake, but Dysons. It erodes the user trust in the brand name.
