“Will this appliance work in Europe (I have a converter) but everything I’ve read says I need dual voltage 110-220.”

Hi there, this is Tia from Dyson! Generally, Dyson products, such as the Airwrap hair styler, are designed specifically for the countries where they are sold and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet another country's electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed, which is not recommended by Dyson as this could damage the unit and void the warranty.
