“Why don’t the ball animal 3 and the ball animal 3 extra have HEPA filters? The description says “lifetime” for type of filter. What kind of bull$hit are you slinging?”

Hello D, this is Kelly with Dyson. Ball Animal 3 models feature advanced filtration. The washable post-motor filter traps 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns – as small as bacteria. The filters have been designed to last the lifetime of the machine, with proper care as outlined in the user manual. Please try again later.all animal vacuums have built in HEPA filtration (capturing up to 0.3 microns - which is the best you can get as far as vacuums go) - depending on how often you use your vacuum, you should wash the filter to extend its life (watch videos online) - once you see it's starting to wear - then it's time to replace. they definitely aren't lifetime filters - but the entire vacuum itself works as a filtration system - so perhaps that's what you read?
