“Why don’t the ball animal 3 and the ball animal 3 extra have HEPA filters? The description says “lifetime” for type of filter. What kind of bull$hit are you slinging?”

Hello D, this is Kelly with Dyson. Ball Animal 3 models feature advanced filtration. The washable post-motor filter traps 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns – as small as bacteria. The filters have been designed to last the lifetime of the machine, with proper care as outlined in the user manual. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.all animal vacuums have built in HEPA filtration (capturing up to 0.3 microns - which is the best you can get as far as vacuums go) - depending on how often you use your vacuum, you should wash the filter to extend its life (watch videos online) - once you see it's starting to wear - then it's time to replace. they definitely aren't lifetime filters - but the entire vacuum itself works as a filtration system - so perhaps that's what you read?
