Mine moves very easily so doesn’t sound normal
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is a heavy vacuum. But it should not be that difficult to push. When the motorhead is running on carpet it almost pulls itself along. On hardwood it seems to glide across fairly smooth as well. I will say that moving the vacuum when it’s not running is fairly difficult or rather inconvenient. If you haven’t already perhaps go exchange it and give another one a try. You may even want to try a smaller model then the big ball due to its weight. Good luck!
