This vacuum is the best vacuum I ever had. It picks up fine dog hair from carpets and tile flooring. I have allergis to dust and dogs and the filter system traps all dust and dirt without it escaping in the air

as someone with a 3 dogs and a cleaning freak, this comes as a salvation. My dogs shedd everywhere sofas, carpets, hardwood flors, you name it. This big boy picks up everything. Also love all the attachments especially one for picking up hair out of sofas. I also use it while detailing my car. It's very easy to clean, no mess.

This Dyson vacuum is amazing. If you want the best suction vacuum on the market this if the one.. Little larger and has little weight but it exceeds expectations!

I had an Electrolux Elite Series. I thought it was a great vacuum. It is no comparison to the new DYSON models.

So I bought my Dyson vacuum and great vacuum great motor great suction but the cheap plastic parts are very flimsy and could potentially break very easily overtime. For the price the vacuum is listed I was expecting little more durability better build material.

The Dyson by far is the best vacuum ever!!! My husband was not to convinced on the price but I told him, you pay what you get for! The first time we used it, he was sold!!! We both LOVE our Dyson!!! It works amazing! We have two dogs and one cat that are kept indoors at all times and shed a lot and it gets the job done!

Very good vacuum it cleans really good. We had older model that lasted 14 or 15 years and half of the brush doesn’t spin any more. So we decided to get new one which came with a lot of attachments. I recommend this vacuum

I have used Kirby, Electrolux, kenmoore etc.... My dyson is now my all time fav! An unbelievably great product for the money!! I absolutely love it! Hands down the best vacuum I have ever owned! #lovemydysonball

It does everything it is advertised to do. The attachments work great too. The handle latch sometimes does not hold and the handle drops.

This thing is worth every cent. I have 3 fluffy dogs and a long haired cat, and it truly *truly* picks up fur, dander, and dust that I didn’t even know was there.

Box has been opened and stuff crammed back in. Was this a floor model or a customer return? Was this used? Did any parts fall out? After spending $750 for a vacuum I expected better. I’ll think twice before ordering online again and definitely not from Best Buy!

I really like this vacuum cleaner. It is really good but a few things keep it from being great. The very good- It has lots of suction and does pick up a lot more dirt than my older vacuum. I had to try the test when I first got it. I vacuumed with my old cleaner then went back over the carpet with the Dyson. It picked up almost a quarter canister of dirt left by my old vacuum. That was amazing. The suction and brush also made my carpet look much newer and less worn than it has in years. I like how easy the canister is to get off the cleaner and empty. It is easy to take apart and clean. The hose attachment has a lot of suction and does an excellent job. I like how easy it is to start using the hose. I like how easy the vacuum rolls and steers on the ball. It's very pleasant to use. The not so great-I'm not thrilled about the long nozzle on the hose. It's great for reaching under beds and furniture, but if you are trying to clean up close, such as cleaning couch cushions or your mattress, the long solid piece makes it difficult. Overall, this is the best vacuum cleaner I've ever used. I love most things about it, but I would like to see a better redesign of the hose/wand attachment. I would not hesitate to buy another Dyson or recommend it to a friend.

Great vacuum, lots of suction, really does go very deep into the carpets. Cleans wood floors without any issues. I gave it a 4 star review because it's pricey, it's a little hard to maneuver and the plastic handle could have been made a little better. However, the vacuum does an amazing job sucking up everything in the carpets. This one is a little larger then all the others but not too large that it's not usable. If your not as strong as most maybe consider the smaller vacuums because this one can be a little cumbersome. The product its self is great. I usually buy the better product and I'm very happy with this one.

Dyson - Cinetic Big Ball Animal Bagless Upright Vacuum - Iron/Purple has been quite reliable for my wife and I and the demanding tasks we give it.We have 4 dogs and typically are vacuuming multiple times per week and this Dyson has held up to it's hefty price tag. We used to utilize an older Dyson Animal that was refurbished and just didn't work the same as it once did, so we were in the market for a new vacuum. Let's face it...Dyson created products that are expensive, especially in comparison to most of the competitors out there; but the quality maintains. We have tried various models of Hoovers, Sharks and Bissel vacuums (albeit much more cost efficient) but they did not perform nearly as well as our Dyson Cincetic. The suction on the Dyson and the Hoovers, Bissel and Shark vacuums is NIGHT AND DAY difference. The Dyson has been so powerful at times it's ripped loose strains of my carpet right out of the floor! NOTE - I have had 1 problem with the Dyson Cincetic and that is when I was vacuuming up our Christmas tree pine needles and one of the twigs became clogged in the tube. I had to disassemble most of the bottom portion of the vacuum to remove the clog (which effected the suction in a big way). After I removed the twig, it was smooth sailing and up to the high powered suction again. The disassembly of the vacuum was painless and quite quick (Dyson color codes parts on the vacuum red that can be removed for cleaning or replacement). PRICE - This is the sole reason this vacuum received 4 stars, it's hefty price tag. Dyson is local to me (Illinois, Chicago) which is a part of the reason I purchased it but they also stand by their products and will warranty Dyson products that you've purchased brand new without question.

Love this Vac, I owned a Dyson DC25 before this and it worked good for 10+ years. So when it was time to get a new one we choose Dyson again and glad we did. This thing will pick up all the animal hair everywhere, we have a beagle and a cat that and we vacuum twice a week, and every time we vacuum and empty the canister, it is like dumping out a whole other pet. Pro's 35ft power cord, incredible suction, very maneuverable, lots of attachments. Con's heavy

I have got to say that I am a very practical person. I'm also a very clean person. Not quite an obsessive neat freak but I am close to that label. That means I can use a simple, cheap vacuum and use it to keep my house clean and it will suit my needs just fine because I clean pretty much every day. This was how it was before I got married and had kids and pets. Let's fast forward past my bachelor days and on to the present days of a wife, 4 kids and a large breed dog and a cat. My old vacuum broke. It just wasn't picking up anymore due to a whole. Needed a vacuum replacement. I'm not a picky guy but it gets annoying having to replace a vacuum every few years. So I went ahead and splurged on this expensive DYSON for the sake of longevity. Here's what I found after purchasing this item. Ladies and gentleman I am a neat individual but clearly I have been subjugating my family to absolute filth. I'm not even exaggerating at all. My house looks clean but I whipped this thing out and picked up so much dirt and HAIR that I was disgusted with myself. My dog doesn't even visibly shed and you could never tell there's a dog present if you walk in but still....I"m just amazed there was so much within my floors. The suction of this thing is fantastic. The accessories that come with the DYSON also made it simple to get to hard to reach places. I haven't done my stairs EVER because it was so difficult and inconvenient with my previous vacuum but the flexible hose made it so easy I just couldn't resist. I've done my SUV, my washer dryer area and the lint trap, my MATTRESS and the floors every other day. Each time this thing picks up tons of dirt and hair. It truly does what it claims it can do. I have no complaints about its performance. Some reviews that I read prior to purchasing this vacuum is that it's hard to maneuver. I'm sorry but unless you are a person with extreme rheumatoid arthritis then you should have no problem with this vacuum. My ten year old daughter has to vacuum 2x per week and she has no problems using this vacuum. So unless you're physically incapacitated then you're either weaker than a ten year old (which means you need to consult a physician) or you're just an idiot. I love this thing and I hope to keep it forever. My only concerns is that the vacuum gets filled up very quickly. So you will be emptying it frequently if you have a large area to cover. Personally I don't think it's that big a deal but it can be annoying. Second, the price. Now I know this is pretty much the top of the line model but this thing is not cheap. Keep in mind the age old adage of "you get what you pay for". For this price however, I think there should be a rebate to knock off like a hundred bucks or something. Other than that, great product. If you have pets, you want this. If you have multiple people in your home, you want this. Get it and stop letting your family live nasty.

We bought this unit after our other dyson started being totally useless. It's a lot of money no doubt, but we felt it was worth it. It does such a great job of suctioning everything in sight and out of. It comes with lots of different attachemnets for every conceivable need. No more dog hair that wont come off the couch. You will be grossed out or depressed though when you see the amount of dirt you've been living with though.

I am truly impressed with the cleaning power this vacuum has. As soon as I received the vacuum I assembled it and put it to work. 1. Assembly only takes a few minutes. The directions were easy to follow--No Tools Required!! 2. I have used the vacuum on carpet and on hardwood. The self adjusting vacuum head makes any floor type a breeze to clean. The vacuum also has an option to turn off the agitator which is great for cleaning hard floors. Another feature that I like is the housing that holds the agitator is clear, so you can see the dirt and debris as the vacuum sucks it up. 3. I was amazed at how much dirt and debris was in the canister after just having vacuumed the floor---I wanted to see how good this vacuum really was and I was impressed with the results.--The suction and cleaning power is great!! 4. The big ball technology makes the vacuum easy to maneuver and the design of the agitator head also allows you to clean in some tighter spaces that my old vacuum couldn't reach. 5. Not having to clean the filters is another plus. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to a friend. The technology and cleaning power makes the vacuum a must have.
