Does this actually air condition and heat air? null

It heats, it doesn't cool just fan.

Yes, and we really like that we can place it in any area of the room that we want too.

It is not an air conditioner. It provides air circulation to cool the room down. It does provide heat as demanded by the temperature setting you control.

This unit definitely heats the air, and the movement of room temperature air feels cooler when it blows across your skin. Nice unit, I recommend it.

It is not air condition but it does cool the room or warm the room very comfy, it has not been very hot since purchased the purifier but for right now it is very very nice both temperatures (cool and hot).

This is a fan plus forced heater 10 speeds with easy to use remote.
