“Need dimensions? height, width. Also the HP04 draws too much power to work in my rental apt. It shuts down whenever I try to use the heat ! My old model was the HP02 -- which worked just FINE to heat. Will this model work?”

Hi there Cinders, this is Tia from Dyson. The HP01 measures 24.9 inches high, 6 inches long and 8.7 inches wide. The Dyson HP01's input power measures 1500 watts.
