“Isn’t the temperature showing suppose to dim when it reaches the heat temperature? I thought I read that somewhere. It just stays lit at 72 bright and never gets dimmer but no warm air coming out? Thanks”

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The HP01 model you have does not have an auto or night mode, so the temperature on the display will not dim. If you have the target room temperature set at 72 degrees and the machine reaches that target, you will notice that the machine stays on, but air will not be expelled from the loop, until the temperature dips below the target temperature, at which time your machine will begin to heat the room again.
