How far away does the wifi work? null

To initially connect to your Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link air purifier, you will need to be in close proximity to your home's modem or router in order to get connected and set up the Dyson Link App. Once connected, you can virtually control your machine from anywhere, using your smart device and the Dyson Link App. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

I have a three story house and I turn my Dyson on which is located on the third from the first floor using the app and it turns on without any problems.

If you can connect to the internet, you can connect to the Dyson. I was off somewhere when I remembered that I hadn’t changed the temperature setting. I connected in a matter of seconds, lowered the temperature setting and signed off. It was as easy as if I was sitting in the next room.
