My bedroom is about the same size as yours and the HP07 warms/heats it up nicely in about 10-15 minutes.

With the HP07, you can set the temperature up to 99 degrees Fahrenheit, so depending on the size of the room, ceiling height, number of windows and doors, etc., you should be able to provide some heat to your space.
