A:AnswerYes, it has a filter. The system works well, however when it's time for a new filter, you can only get it from Dyson directly, and they are $75. As of today, I am still waiting to hear when I will receive it - they were out of stock and it was on back order. So...not thrilled right now.

A:AnswerYes. It has a HEPA filter that removes dust and impurities. It does say it’s good for 400 sq. Ft. So not a whole house filter but good for a room.

The bigger the room, the longer the machine will take to purify it as there is more air in the room. In a room of 139ft², the purifier fan will purify the room in 27 minutes. In a smaller room, it will take less time to purify the air; in a bigger room, it will take longer to purify the air.
