It sure does have a longer battery life! I have a 3,000 sq ft house and can do the whole thing on one charge. Sometimes I still have one bar left on the indicator. I was looking at the 10 before I purchased the V11 and am SO SO happy I chose the V11. It's a great vacuum, the suction is out of this world and I can breeze through my house so fast! Well worth the extra money in my opinion!
