“Why does BB have only 4 attachments for V11 Animal cordless & 5 attach for V11 Torque Drive most websites show 8 attachments with the V11 Animal & 9 attachments with V11 Torque Drive? Would I be getting less attachments thru Best Buy?”

Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V11 Animal comes with the following tools/attachments in the box: crevice tool, mini motorized tool, docking station, stiff bristle brush and the combination tool. These are the exact same attachments that come when purchased direct from Dyson. On the Dyson web site, you'll see that it lists 8 tools/accessories - which includes the high torque drive cleaner head, the wand storage clip, and the charger. All of those are included in the box with the model at Best Buy; but it may lists those separately. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
