“Why does my new dyson v11 animal+ leave two lines,1/2”wide,on the carpeted area I just vacuumed.It’s very frustrating.I may have to return it to Costco where I bought it. It cleans well, but those lines don’t look good. Carpet is not extraordinarily long.”

Hello Suzy, this is Kelly with Dyson. The wheels on the bottom of your cleaner head may leave lines in the carpeting, from being pressed into the carpet fibers while you vacuum. The depth of the lines can vary depending on your carpeting, how much pressure is being placed on the cleaner head while vacuuming and which suction mode you are using.
