Having a light is a deal breaker. Fusion rep said most customers vacuum during the day!! Give me a break. Very stereotyping. Day or night - a light makes a huge difference. The light from above is much different than a light in front highlighting the area you’re covering. For the cost of a Dyson you’d think research would’ve checked into this. Many other companies out there that have covered this area and rightfully so. I hope Dyson sees this and realizes their mistake and fixes it thanks to reviews.

I still liked the dyson better, but I really liked the light. Day or night, you can still see the dirt with the light. I think I will go with the other brand because of the light. Karen
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No they dont but I sure wish they did. I have a vaccum with a light on it & it is so great. I find the light so much more helpful. I can vaccum my floor think its clean use the vaccum with light and can see all i missed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is annoying that the Dyson does not have a light. On wood floors it is a must. I have a cheap cordless vac that I use all the time rather than my Dyson for this reason. Dysons response to this is antequated and ridiculous. It does not matter whether you vacuum day or night. Please put a light in the new models or expect to lose a lot of business.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I so agree about the light. I vacuum during the day and the light on the vacuum helps a lot! I know it seems like such a simple thing that anyone should be able to give up for great suction, but there are other vacuums out there that have good suction too and also have the light. Because Dyson does not have this light on there vacuum, I tend to go for the other brand as well. I hope Dyson listens and ends up putting lights on the front of their vacuums.

Dyson vacuums have never included a light on the machine itself, as we find most of our owners do clean during the day - or are able to utilize lights at home to clean properly around their home.
