“I just bought mine and I charged it fully. when I chose the ECO option and started vacuuming. the run on my LED panel said 35 minutes. what options do I choose to get the full 60 minute run time?? or even 45 minutes?”

Hey Eric, this is Kelly with Dyson. The run time you receive on this machine will vary from 5-60 minutes. When using on carpeting with the Motorhead, you should get 5 minutes in high, 20 in medium and 30 minutes in low. When using on hard flooring with the Motorhead, run time is the same, except in low mode, you should get closer to 40 minutes. If you're using the Fluffy floor head, you'll get 5 minutes in high, 30 in medium and 50 minutes in low mode. When you're using any non-motorized attachment, you'll get about 5 minutes in high, 30 in medium and 60 in low mode. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
