• I’m not sure whether you can “turn them off”, but you can adjust the vacuum intensity level.

In Auto mode, it will adjust the suction between floor types using DLS technology. We also recommend checking with your carpet manufacturer to learn if there is a specific floor cleaner you should be used on that particular carpet/rug fiber.
