The kind of batteries they have today are far greater than the batteries we used to grow up knowing about when you put the old batteries in the refrigerator for example it gives it more life whereas these Lithium-ion batteries can be charged at any level and still have its full potential but as a default personally I always just let the battery drain and then recharge the battery to its full capacity but in all honesty it does not even matter I just do it because of habit but the choice is yours either way you'll be fine
