Hi there Alex, this is Tia from Dyson! The Dyson V11 Outsize will include our High Torque XL cleaner head, as well as an extra battery and 2 chargers, for up to 120 minutes of cleaning power. The Dyson V15 Detect will include Laser Slim Fluffy cleaner head for deep cleaning and offers up to 60 minutes of cleaning power. Dyson machines are sold directly on our website as well as through our Dyson Service Centers. While we don't have a Dyson Service Center in Boston, there is a location in Southborough, MA, where you can purchase Dyson machines in person. Thanks for your interest in Dyson cordless technology!
