“Battery Is the battery removable, if so can you buy an additional battery to use between charges? 20 mins of cleaning time seems short and Id like to have an extra one so I can switch them out if I have to clean longer.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No...the battery is build-in and cannot be removed. There are 2 power functions on the unit. Normal use should last between 18-25mins. If MAX function is used than expect only 16mins of power. Hope this helps.
