Yes, somewhat. The red roller has an angled brush and the whole thing rotates.

Yes the long floor attachment that is included does have a powered roller brush. It is not good on carpet or my couch. When it gets overwhelmed the motor will cut out and shut off.

No its head is not a beater bar.

It comes with the standard rotating brush, and a couple of hose attachments. The brush your referring to may be the one in the automotive detail kit. It rotates with small but longer bristles. It's a nice accessory but not super-impressive in my opinion. Does work well tho, and its easier to use on flat uplevel surfaces such as a counter or staircase.

Yep. It's not great at bigger things (peppercorns, for instance, take some effort), but it is great at digging into carpet.

Yes. It is like using a cordless canister vacuum but better. No dragging the canister with cords.

Yes the floor attachment spins when it is on. No way to turn on or off. Just on.
