QuestionI just purchased this item during a one day sale from Best Buy. After reading these questions and customer reviews, I believe a crevice tool should have been included, however it did not come in my package.

- Answer It has the high power function for high pile rugs but it is difficult to push even in that mode. If all your rugs are high pile, buy a standard plug in Dyson.

QuestionWould it work on regular carpets? I've seen a lot of comments that it'll work great on area rugs or hardwood floors, but pretty much my whole house but the kitchen it's carpeted, so I need to know if it'll do the job on regular carpets. TIA
