• Hi Judy, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson V7 cord-free models will provide you with 100 air watts of suction power and up to 30 minutes of run time. The V8 models will have 115 air watts of suction power and up to 40 minutes of run time. The other differences will vary, depending on the model (ie: Motorhead, Animal, Absolute, etc).
