“I thought I would love this but the charge isn't very long (cleaning from Christmas and only got one room done) canister fills so quickly (2 dogs) not sure if I am thrilled to spend over 400.00 and have to use my old vac (oreck ..glad I didn't throw away)”

I right there with you Patti. Our battery lasted about 5 minutes on high, and over time that got worse, until the product run time fell to 29 seconds. Called tech support, and replacement battery is $140. Not sure what's worse...a $400 vacuum or a $140 battery.
