• Hi Ken, this is Kelly with Dyson. Great question! The fluffy head soft roller will come standard with the V8 Absolute models. The Animal will come with one head - the direct drive. The soft roller head is available for purchase separately, however. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
