“I am having trouble with the large roller brush. After I start using it, it quits. Then I wait a while and it starts again ,only for a short time. And it is not clogged with hair or anything. What could be the reason for that?”

We are actually having the same problem. This happened a couple of times now. More people having the same problem sounds like a manufacturing issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try a different head - sometimes the one works better on carpet than wood floor and vice versa. Also, empty the receptacle - sometimes that helps too.
