“My vac keeps turning off like its plugged i reset it on charger it runs 10 seconds and turns off. I live on farm and LOTzs of dirt and fine dust and yes I have cleaned filter is there a second filter inside”

I had the same problem. Called Dyson they would send a new battery hope that will solve the problem.
