can the monitor be on dash instead of windshield? null

The monitor was not able to stick to my dash, but it stuck on the windshield just fine which ended up being a better choice.

It can be mounted on the dash if there is a very smooth surface to use the suction on.

The mount for the display has a suction cup To attach on glass.
