Yes. The best way to use it would be to turn of wifi on 210 and just use the wifi from the EERO.

Yes, the eero should work fine with that modem. The head/first eero will need to hardwire into the modem via an ethernet cable. The gateway/head eero will broadcast its wifi, other eero can connect to the gateway via wire or wireless and will broadcast the same network
