“eero 6 How can I 'restrict' or assign a device to a specific extender (I have 2 + the base) ? I have 15 devices. They crowd the closest extender, except 1 which chooses the furthest extender. Want restrict this important 1 to use the closer extender.”

Have the extender set up on the app either the item you want. Like all extenders WiFi devices will use the closest one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.eero does have an option, client steering, which you can enabled, eero app->Settings->Network Settings. That option will have the eero suggest which access point a device should connect to, but it cannot require the device to comply. At the end of the day the device itself decides which access point to use.
