“The night light at the bottom side of my eero beacon (D010001) Is no longer working. However, the small white light in front is continuously on. Does this mean there is something wrong with it? How can I fix it ?”

It could be that your bottom light, the Nightlight, was turned off in the app. The Beacons have 2 lights, the small one on the front that indicates if the beacon is working correctly or if there is a problem. Steady white means everything is ok. The Nightlight at the bottom can be turned off in the Eero app. Select the Beacon from the Home screen, and there should be a setting to turn the LED light on and off, and below that there should be a setting called Nightlight. When you choose Nightlight there should be 3 settings, Off, Ambient , and Schedule. So I would check in the app and see if maybe the Nightlight was somehow turned off and you should be able to turn it back on if you want it on. Hope that helps!
