Yes and No. For the eero to work it needs one eero hardwired to the internet source (the MT7711 in this case), that eero would become the head/gateway eero and will broadcast its own wifi (separate from any wifi the MT7711 is broadcasting). Other eero can connect to the gateway eero (wired or wirelessly) and will broadcast the same eero network, giving much greater range.
