• Yes they do. There is a higher setting and an lower setting.

• Yes, there is a small slide switch on the top of the left side of the ear to allow parents to determine low, medium or high volume preset.

• Yes their are 3 sound limits you can choose from on the side or inside of the head piece. I use it for my daughter because she likes to blast music into her ears and I'm afraid she might harm them.
