“Specs say this machine has a multi load dispenser which means according to the information icon that you can fill the dispenser to max and wash multiple loads, but I'm not seeing anything about multi load dispenser in my manual.”

I just spoke to a representative from Electrolux AND looked at specs for this model on their website and confirmed that it DOES NOT have a multi-load dispenser. Best Buy needs to correct their specs.

It says this: Detergent Dispenser Type Single load dispensers hold enough liquid detergent for a single cycle and must be refilled after each use. A multiple load dispenser holds enough for multiple cycles before it is necessary to refill the detergent. The exact number of cycles completed before refilling will vary as machines with multiple load dispensers will calculate and dispense detergent automatically based on load size and other user preferences such as concentration level.
